Earl Roberts Lodge
No. 3151

Meeting in London since 1906, in the name of Queen Victoria's most celebrated field marshal.

Virtute et Valore

Osborne House on the Isle of Wight, where Queen Victoria received Lord Roberts in 1901

A royal beginning

In January 1901, a dying Queen Victoria received Field Marshal Lord Roberts at Osborne House and made him an Earl and a Knight of the Garter — among the last honours of her reign. Five years later, a London lodge was founded in his name, and Roberts himself joined it.

Today Earl Roberts Lodge No. 3151 meets at Freemasons' Hall, Great Queen Street, under the Metropolitan Grand Lodge of London. We are a friendly lodge of men from all walks of life, united by friendship, integrity, respect and charity.
